BEYOND THE TANK REMOVAL
Removing the tank is one part of the job. Testing, cleanup when needed, and the right documentation help move the project toward closure.
Talk through your next stepSend Remedi Tec your case number, laboratory reports, and NJDEP correspondence. We’ll review where things stand and what may still be needed.
We discuss the tank history, available records, access, and any sale or construction timeline before defining the scope.
Coordinate removal and evaluate the surrounding conditions, with soil sampling and further investigation as appropriate.
If impacts are identified, we explain the findings and proposed investigation or cleanup. Groundwater testing may also be part of the project.
We assemble the supporting records and reports. For applicable NJ UHOT cases, we support the submission and review process toward an NJDEP No Further Action (NFA) letter. Agency review determines the outcome.

Yes. We can discuss a tank sweep and, where appropriate, GPR coordination. Share any known fill pipes, vent pipes, old fuel lines, or previous records so we can plan the investigation.
We review the conditions and any existing results, then explain the proposed sampling, investigation, or cleanup. The scope depends on the site; not every tank leak requires the same work.
Yes. Send the removal paperwork, laboratory reports, any agency correspondence, and the case number if you have one. We can review the available documentation and discuss the remaining work.
Start with the property address, closing date, tank information, prior reports, and any requirements from the buyer, lender, or municipality. We’ll discuss what can be scoped and scheduled. Completion and agency review timing depend on the project.
Tank size, location, access, site restoration, and testing affect removal pricing. Cleanup depends on the extent of any contamination and the work needed. We’ll review your site and provide a defined scope and proposal.
For applicable NJ heating oil tank cases under the UHOT program, we prepare remedial action reporting and supporting documentation for NJDEP review and help address follow-up questions. NJDEP issues the NFA letter when it determines the case meets the applicable requirements.
