Share any previous sweep reports or removal documents. The goal is to understand both the physical evidence and the available history.

Remedi Tec performs magnetic tank sweeps and coordinates ground-penetrating radar when appropriate. The selected approach depends on the suspected target and site conditions.
Metal objects, reinforced surfaces, utilities, vehicles, and limited access can affect the survey. We identify the areas evaluated and explain meaningful limitations in the findings.

Understand what the result means.
An anomaly may need additional investigation to identify its source. A sweep does not by itself determine whether a tank leaked or whether soil meets environmental criteria.
If a suspected tank is identified, we discuss locating, exploratory work, removal, or testing as appropriate. For a property transaction, provide the information requested by your buyer, attorney, or lender.
