Remedi Tec can support field investigations, soil and groundwater sampling, oversight, and technical documentation within an agreed project scope. We coordinate with qualified tank contractors and the retained LSRP as appropriate.
The project proposal identifies responsibilities and the services to be provided. Specialized certifications and contractor requirements are addressed before work is scheduled.

If impacts are identified, the investigation and remediation approach should fit the site’s regulatory program, planned use, and available data. We work with the project team to define those next steps.
Regulated tank work should not be assumed to follow the same reporting and closure path as a residential UHOT case.
